We partnered with The Site at the earliest stage, working with the founder to come up with the concept for the company. We then drove the idea through each stage of execution through proof of concept, validating the idea with users, fundraising, prototyping, designing, hiring engineers, launching an MVP, then ultimately launching with some of the world’s most coveted luxury brands, such as Lanvin, Oscar de Renta, Cristofle, Marni, and others.

Results

Brands achieved lift in key metrics compared to traditional e-commerce (up to $3k+ average order, 40+ mins per session, 80%+ conversion rate, and 2.5+ units per transaction). The company has gone on to raise $1.5M from strategic angel investors.

About The Site

The Site is a live, 1-on-1 video shopping platform used by brands such as Lanvin, Oscar de Renta, Cristofle, Marni, and others. We recreate the emotional connection that happens in store through an online interface, allowing sales associates to interact directly with customers, showcase products, and checkout through an end-to-end, streamlined experience.
